Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Site. All purchases from this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

User Contributions

WLTC may disclose any Content or electronic communication of any kind (a) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (b) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate this Site; or (c) to protect the rights or property of WLTC, its Users or Providers. Severability

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any action related thereto shall be governed, controlled, interpreted and defined by and under the laws of the State of Massachusetts and the United States, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use shall be the state courts of the State of Massachusetts and each of the parties hereto submits itself to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of any such action.
