POSITION

Customer Service Representative II

DESCRIPTION

Increases customer satisfaction and supports departmental goals by accurately processing customer orders and quickly responding to requests for materials or the return of materials. Interacts with MDC personnel to ensure timely and complete shipments of materials to customers. Assumes responsibility for special projects and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Promotes a professional image of Wilson Language Training through a customer centric approach to their work.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Job Functions:

  • Providing warehouse with accurate packing slips. This includes quality checking orders entered within the department.
  • Issuing RMA and Call Tags to customers who have received wrong or duplicate materials. This involves researching the customer’s account, finding the original invoice, completing pertinent paperwork and forwarding it to the Supervisor.
  • Interacts with MDC personnel to ensure timely and complete shipments of materials to customers. Data entry and processing of rosters for various course offerings.
  • Process In-service Rosters- Entering participant information from OVID Cards into Intranet. Double checking course information.
  • Taking and processing customer orders via phone, email, mail and FAX when Customer Service Rep IIIs require assistance. Includes clearing out daily batches.
  • Making outbound calls to insure accurate processing of customer orders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Sitting at a computer station continuously for long periods of time
  • Working with and learning computer programs as implemented by Wilson Language Training.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally over the phone and in person.
SKILLS
  • High degree of comfort with Desktop Computer functions.
  • Basic Internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to reliably demonstrate all the skills and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative I position.
EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
EXPERIENCE
  • At least 6 months of data entry or customer service experience.
  • Exposure to Great Plains programs a plus.
