Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We will also accept a printout of your order when accompanied by an authorized Purchase Order, Credit Card,
Check or Money Order drawn on U.S. funds.
Please use the “Print and Send” option at Step 4 of the checkout process if: you are paying by check, purchase order, or if you have a gift certificate, tax exempt number, or are placing an international order.
You will be given an Order Reference Number; please print the page and mail or fax it with payment and/or appropriate documents. A receipt will be emailed to you; however, we suggest you retain a copy of your printed order, including the Order Reference Number, for your own records. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. NOTE: Your order will not be shipped until payment is received.
Shipping and Handling Options
All orders placed on the Wilson Store can be shipped by ground, second day and next day. Shipping and Handling is determined by the cost of the order and the method of shipping. Standard ground delivery will be 10% of the cost of the order and orders under $50.00 will have a minimum flat rate of $5.00. For orders outside the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia please contact customer service.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it within 30 days for a refund, credit, or replacement. Software, DVDs and black-line
masters may be returned for replacement only. In addition, Wilson will accept returns
on any product for credit or replacement only within one year from the date of purchase
excluding software, DVDs, and black-line masters. A 10% restocking fee on returns
after 30 days may apply.
All returns must be in saleable condition with no markings or shelf-worn appearance.
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and original invoice must accompany
all returns. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Materials Authorization
(RMA) number. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
For defective materials or shipping errors, contact customer service for replacements.
