Kimberly Croteau is an experienced education professional with over 25 years in roles including classroom teacher, literacy coach, Title I director, and assistant superintendent. She specializes in literacy, curriculum development, professional learning, and implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Kimberly holds two master’s degrees and multiple certifications, including reading specialist and Wilson Reading System® Levels I and II. Known for her strategic leadership, she has led district-wide initiatives that improve student outcomes and instructional practices.
