Consistent with Wilson’s Digital Products Privacy Statement, the Digital Products Privacy Statement for Acadience, and the Information Technology Security Standards, Wilson may share Student Data (as defined in the privacy statements above) with third-party sub-processors to support the implementation of the Digital Products and Services. Wilson ensures these third-party sub-processors protect the confidentiality and integrity of user data consistent with applicable law and industry standard measures.

Updates to this List. Wilson reviews this List on an annual basis and makes updates from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in the law and to provide more clarity on our practices. When we make any changes, we will provide notice by updating the “last updated” date at the top of this Sub-processor List indicating when it was last revised.
