As part of our ongoing effort to protect student data, we’re happy to be a signatory to several state-specific privacy agreements using the Student Data Privacy Consortium’s template agreement. These agreements — often called state data privacy agreements, or “SDPAs” — address the legal requirements of Wilson and our customers, set shared expectations with respect to privacy and security, and save time and resources.
If Wilson signs a state-specific privacy agreement with a school, other districts in the same state can “piggyback” or use such agreement by signing and returning Exhibit E to SDPA@wilsonlanguage.com. By signing and returning Exhibit E, the terms of the original agreement will be applicable to your district. Below you can find a list of states with agreements that you can use.
