A group of 20 people, mostly women, stand indoors on a carpeted floor. They are smiling and waving at the camera. The group appears joyful and diverse, with varying styles of clothing and hair. The background includes a desk and a chair in the upper right corner.

At Wilson, you'll team up with the brightest education minds in the country to empower teachers in helping their students become fluent, independent readers.

Our vision of “literacy for all” is achieved through the quality of our professional learning and ongoing support for educators – giving them the skills and tools needed to help their students learn to read and spell.

The success of our team members is no less paramount. We’re collaborative, collegial, and dedicated to ensuring that every Wilson employee experiences truly satisfying professional development, while feeling inspired to bring their authentic selves to work.
